Synchronous CefQuery?

Add synchronous CefMessageRouter or remove it entirely. I don't see any reason to have it if you can't do both, as XmlHttpRequest can do both and it allows the user to use the same interface for both methods. Otherwise it is just adding more bloat with no real benefit.
