should the touch-events be add to CefSettings?

I need use CEF in win8(surface pro),but the app must set "--touch-events=disabled" in command line if I need use touch.
I try to add this config with hard code but it not work.
So I think if the touch-events be add to CefSettings,I can set config with code.

You can set command-line flags in CefApp::OnBeforeCommandLineProcessing.
