CEF3 CefFrame LoadStream

I just recently switched a prototype application from cef1 to cef3.
The CefClient sample helped a huge deal making this change. Thanks alot

The only complaint is i'm missing the loadStream function on CefFrame. Can we make this function?
I would much rather stream the data rather than giving it in a string container.

Invent a fake URL and use CefRequestHandler::GetResourceHandler().
