CEF3: Issue compiling on OS X Lion

Postby awieser » Tue Apr 17, 2012 12:29 pm

Hi,

I'm trying to compile the 593 revision of the CEF3 trunk on my Macintosh.
Since I use Xcode 4.2, I had to change the BaseSDK from 10.5 to 10.7.
While building I receive this error, I don't really know what to do there.
It's inside the base project and the error reads:
This file only supports 32-bit x86 code with both SDK and DT set to 10.5.
There must be a way to compile this without the 10.5 SDK.

You need to use the 10.6 SDK. See http://code.google.com/p/chromium/wiki/Xcode4Tips for instructions.

Hi Marshall,

as always, I bow to your wisdom :)
Setting gyp to use 10.6 solved the issue.
