Weird font rendering with r293

Weird font rendering with r293

I have a user who's experiencing an odd font rendering issue with the r293 version of CEF in OSR mode. It looks like the attached picture.

Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it? He said the rendering look fine in r231, which is what the browser used before I upgraded to r293.
