How to diagnose high cpu usage ?

Hello,

Recently i've upgraded a machine that runs an app using CEF, from Windows Server 2012, to Windows Server 2022.

I had to use the new CEF binaries as the old machine was stuck on version 109.

It's working, but sometimes the CEF processes keeps using 100% of my cpu, and i have to restart the app.

This issue didn't happen on the old machine.

Where i can start to find out what is happening ?
