Missing header for cefclient branch 6167

Missing header for cefclient branch 6167

HI, I was building cefclient and cefsimple (branch 6167) and cefsimple worked fine but cefclient failed with missing references to:
M_PI
sqrtf()
and a few others.
I added #include <math.h> on osr_renderer.h and that took care of the problem.

What OS and compiler are you using?
