Socks5 doesn't work

Guys, i'm testing CEF with socks5 proxies but can't get it working.
When I run

Code: Select all

cefclient --proxy-server="socks5://2.9.62.212:1000"

or in chrome mode

Code: Select all

cefclient --enable-chrome-runtime --disable-chrome-login-prompt --proxy-server="socks5://2.9.62.212:1000"

Ii get errors all the time like ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED or ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED.
I tried different socks5 proxies and they don't work for me.
Https proxies work fine.
Should i configure CEF somewhere else to get socks5 proxies working?

Nope, it doesn't work with Chrome for me, but worked with an anti-detect browser based on CEF.
