Virtual(Touch) Keyboard Not Working

I'm Using WPF in cef version="111.2.2".
When I try the application from the tablet, the virtual keyboard does not appear when I click on the inputs.
I did research on how to do it.
But the methods I tried didn't work.
I will be glad if you help.
