GetViewRect and CefRect

Can you please tell me what the CefRect.x and CefRect.y values in CefRect affect when I return them from GetViewRect ?

I tried to change them, but the browser image itself in memory does not change. I don't understand what these values mean.

They are the view location on the screen. Relevant for things like UI events that use screen coords.
