Enable gpu compositing when set UIACCESS=true

Hi,

From my investigation, seems we have to set disable-gpu-compositing flag to let CEF works as normal when setting UIACCESS=true (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/window ... tyoverview).

My project was trying to enable gpu compositing when setting UIACCESS=true to gain a better performance. Is there any solution on this?
