cefclient never finish loading a url

I often run into such issue, but not all the time.
for instance, load https://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=639026890245
I tested 3239,4389 and latest 4515, all never end, but the older version 2623 is OK.
but chrome can load content completely.
I try to find difference from network in devtools, find little.
I am not sure what makes the difference.
