How to remove macOS services submenu

I have implement the OnBeforeContextMenu to only have specific items that we want to show the user.
However, when there is highlighted text in an input box, the services menu is added to the context menu.
Is there a way to remove this?
This is on macOS 10.14/10.15 CEF 84.3.7+g97011bc
