Is the option `enable_webrtc` removed in branch 3865?

When I build branch 3865 with "set GN_DEFINES=enable_webrtc=false", a warning occured, says 'The variable "enable_webrtc" was set as a build argument
but never appeared in a declare_args() block in any buildfile.'

Looks like the option was removed. In upstream sources I don't see it anymore, I only found "enable_webrtc_remoting_client" option.
