Dependency on "letsencrypt"

I am unable to find any such .pem files reference in the code, but on grep "letsencrypt" libcef.dll there are references.
1. Can anyone point if there are any issues if "letsencrypt" is revoked WRT CEF
2. If there are any CEF certificate folders where we can get the pem files.
