issue in signing .bin files

Hi, we recently updated our CEF version from 3.2171.2069 to 78.3.3 on Windows. This version included some new files which need to be shipped with our client. We sign the files which are in our package. Earlier we were signing the libcef, d3dcompiler_47 and others. But now when we are signing the new files, it gives an error for the .bin files.

Signtool throws error: This file format cannot be signed because it is not recognized over all of your .bin files.

Usually, the error is because of the following reason:
If the files have not been copied properly
The way these files are created (i.e. the files were not originally created as .bin files and then converted to .bin)
    Files have been renamed

As we are not creating the files, can you suggest what could be the reason for the error?

Thanks!

You should only sign .exe and .dll files.
