cef78.3.9 gc7345 win64 will crash on F12 in debug mode

My Environment:
OS: Windows 10 Enteprise 64-bit
CEF version: cef_binary_78.3.9+gc7345f2+chromium-78.0.3904.108_windows64
IDE: Visual C++ community 2019 16.3.7
Sample application: cefclient, release with debug info, lanuch in debug mode, then f12, crash occurs
