"360 Total Security" is blocking chrome_elf.dll from loading
and CEF docs says it requires chrome_elf.dll mandatorily to work properly.
Require suggestions or workarounds for this.

- First of all, check that the DLL file has the same MD5 as the original copy in Spotify.
- Add that DLL and your application to the "ignore list" of that antivirus.
- Contact support of that antivirus and tell them about this "false positive".
- I can't confirm this but some people say that signing your application and all the DLL files reduces the number of false positives.
