CEF 73 failing

CEF 73 is failing at this point in chromium.

The callstack is :
libcef.dll!net::HttpCache::IsWritingInProgress(net::HttpCache::ActiveEntry * entry) Line 1228 C++
libcef.dll!net::HttpStreamFactory::JobController::OnStreamFailed(net::HttpStreamFactory::Job * job, int status, const net::SSLConfig & used_ssl_config) Line 387 C++

Not sure why is this crashing? or at what point do we hit this chromium API.

Does it reproduce with latest supported CEF 76? Does it reproduce with cefclient sample app?
