which builds are "official"

Looking at http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds/index.html, it's not clear to me whether the latest build is good to go or whether I should wait for an "official" version that's more thoroughly tested. For instance I'm wanting to get a 3.3626 build for 32 bit windows and at the moment I see builds from Feb 12, Feb 14, and Feb 15, all based on the same version of Chromium. Should I just take Feb 15, or should I wait for a milestone of some kind?

If this policy has been made clear elsewhere, perhaps that text can be put on http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds/index.html?
