Using CEF api on already opened chrome browser (C#)

I need to attach my .net code to an existing chrome browser and be able to retrieve his html and so...
I don't hosts a browser on my application, I only want to attach my self to an existing original one that open in my windows (Maybe get the browser by window hwnd).

Sorry if the question isn't relevant to CEF.
