I am using JCEF to display email contents (very successfully, thanks to all). How can I change the default encoding in JCEF (UTF-8, UTF-16 etc.)? I see references to Browser Settings in other CEF flavors, but have not been able to figure out how to set with JCEF ?

JCEF does not currently expose CefBrowserSettings configuration. You can add support for that (PR welcome) or hard-code values in the native code.
