UnsatisfiedLinkError chrome_elf - dependent libraries

Postby kbo » Fri Mar 13, 2020 8:36 pm

I've built and packaged CEF from scratch; followed all the instructions on the CEF wiki and consecutively I've built and packaged Java-CEF. When I test with "run.bat Win64 Release detailed", I get the following UnsatisfiedLinkError: "C:\Workspaces\Java-CEF\src\jcef_build\native\Release\chrome_elf.dll: Can't find dependent libraries".

It works when I use a CEF Automated Build, but not when I compile CEF myself; anyone has an idea why? PS: The cefclient.exe sample app from CEF works fine ...

- Xeon Platinum 8259 CL

What CEF version? What GN_DEFINES did you build with?

Thanks for your swift response. I tried with

- cef_binary_81.0.0-master.2153+gfecd582+chromium-81.0.4044.0_windows64 (checked out the CEF master branch)
- cef_binary_80.0.8+gf96cd1d+chromium-80.0.3987.132_windows64 (checkout the 3987 branch)

I've compiled CEF w/Visual Studio 2017 and 2019 - no difference.

GN_DEFINES as per the instructions on the Master Build Quick Start wiki page (use_jumbo_build=true is_component_build=true)

You can’t distribute a component build. Use the configuration from here instead.
