embedding JCEF in swing

Hi,

I am looking for a minimal example how to embed JCEF into an existing swing application. I was able to build JCEF according to the description on the JCEF website. The result is an Mac app.
Unfortunately this does not fit the structure I need for my application. So it would be great if somebody could point me to an example of how to add JCEF to a plain java application.

A second question: The CEF framework embedded in the app is about 100 MB in size. Is it really that big? Any chance of making that smaller?
