Javascript alerts customization in JCEF Browser

Is it possible to customize the Javascript alerts (simple alert() functions) for the JCEF Browser instance ? I am trying to display some JS alerts but it seems to be not positioning properly on some of my machines that I am running in. Those machines also seem to have the same resolution of 1280 * 1024 as the others. with Windows 7 and runnning JCEF 3.2~ ..I saw that the javascript native alerts are based on the browser so I was wondering abt this. Any insights on this can help ..
