error MSB6006: "cmd.exe" exited with code 4.

Hello Everyone,

I've been trying to build a jcef win32 binary, I had first some issues with "atlthunk.lib" and then with the manifests files from the jcef_helper project. Apparently all that has been solved and both libcef_dll_wrapper and jcef_helper projects build succesfully, now the problem is when I try to build the jcef project which throws the following error:

I don't know where to go from here.

I'm using Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate with update 4 on a Windows 7 Enterprise OS.

All I've done was follow the instructions, where are these files supposed to be? Have I done something wrong?
