textarea resize

Hello, I'm doing off-screen rendering, with a text area. The text area does not resize or drag to resize either. I have set enabled text area resizing in the browser settings.

What OS and CEF version? Does the text area resize if you load the same HTML in Google Chrome? How does it behave in "cefclient --off-screen-rendering-enabled"?
