Updated revocation list

Hi,
I would like to know how to get updated revocated certificates list ? I have checked in the code , butd didnt find any api for this. I am using CEF1.(in my assumption , in case of chrome , google will push updated revocated certificates list inorder to avoid OCSP method of revocated certificate checking.)
