Some errors when updating CEF

Hi All,
Rencently, I updated my chromium to r102269. But in the process of updating, I got errors like this:

It looks like some url it can't be access to. So I download the file http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com ... in_x86.tgz manually，then I go on updating, until got errors like this:

I think it was because the proxy is not work well, you know ,in china, there are some troubles when surfing in the Internet, you can't navigate every web by freedom. I was wondered how could I skip this step and go on updating chromium.
If not, is it possible to set proxy to download the source files through modifying download_nacl_toolchains.py. etc.
