You can see the contributors here. The wrapper projects also have their own contributors.

Yes, Marshall is the God of CEF.

The contributions graph page on github seems to be broken, there are much more contributions by other users, but they don't seem to appear there. It may be because github page is just a mirror of bitbucket project where the real things happen. Also when Marshall merges PRs/patches manually then he takes ownership of the code ;-)

Back when we were still using SVN (~2015) we had to merge all commits manually so attribution is in the comments instead of the commit author field. That doesn’t show correctly on the github page. These days the original author’s name is almost always attached to the commit (and one of the reasons we require PRs instead of patch files). Note that there are also lots of contributions (in the issue tracker, forums, etc) that do not result in a commit.

The pre-2015 contributors are also listed in the AUTHORS.txt file, though not all are still active.

It's clear to me. Regarding github contributions page, looks like it only counts commits that have email provided with the commit and that email is associated with a github account.

You’re probably right about the Github page. I’ve updated the AUTHORS.txt file to include instructions for retrieving the authors list using a local Git checkout. You can also use various forms of the piped command to make your own counts by commit, etc.
