CEF versions vs Chromium versions

Hi,
I'm wondering about versioning. I'm developing applications in latests public development chromium versions [currently 9.0.566.0 (64209)] (downloading from http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-S ... mium.shtml) and I'm pushing a lot of technologies WebKit can perform. I'm using Chromium because of web development tools. But I'd like to use CEF as final runtime enviroment.
But I'm wondering, whether to use latest dev builds of Chromium to develop HTML/CSS/JS code, whether it would run in CEF (considering mainly JavaScript features).
Is there any way to say "This CEF version is equivalent to this Cromium version"?
