Licensing: CEF and CEF.pak - Question

Hi community,
I´ve another question concerning licensing:
CEF is published under the BSD.
CEF.pak contains several different license comments, the GPL is also mentioned and disclosed in the file.
I want to use it in a commercial product, which won´t be distributed under GPL.
Ho do I handle that without violating license obligations?
