CEF 32 *and* 64 build in the same directory

Just to be 100% sure, if I'm checking out into a directory, can I build both 32 and 64-build in the same directory?
Or there are config steps that at best will be overridden between 32 and 64, or simply won't work at all?

Probably the answer to this question will be Yes, but I looked up in the forum (and internet as well) and I did not found a clear answer.
(If is not possible or at least not recommended, I would rather know from start than lose time and disk space).

What OS? You can create 32-bit and 64-bit builds from the same source checkout, however you cannot have them both at the same time (the configurations will clobber each other).

OS is Windows.
And yes, I know I can create both, but the question is if 32 and 64 will clobber each other - so I got my answer, thank you.
