can't import MSBuild

When i run D:\path\to\chromium\src\cef\cef_create_projects.bat to creaete Vs2013 project,return some warning.I don't find a good solution?Who can help me?

Thank you for you answer.But i I had a new doubt.After creating cef.sln,I find 520 projects in this solution.Is right or wrong?I still think there are some errors while running cef_create_project.bat.
