how to raise event from webpage HTML/JS to main app

I am new to cef and cefglue.
Please help me how to implement below use case.

I want to listen to the HTML button click in my webpage. Once it is clicked it should notify my main app where cefbrowser control is available.

Will it be possible?. Plz help me.
