When searching Google I ended up on CEF issue in Google Code archive. Why not redirect to the issue on bitbucket? You can redirect a project by sending an email to Google Code admin, see "Redirecting projects" here: https://code.google.com/archive/about . I did this for the cefpython and phpdesktop projects and they set up redirects in a few hours. The google code archive still exists, but links in google "http://code.google.com/p/chromiumembedded/*" will redirect to new project page. I exported projects to github and Google Code Issues redirect to appropriate issues on on github. Other pages like wiki pages are redirect to project main page. Not sure if they support issues redirects for bitbucket as well, as they only provided "Export to Github" button.
