cef-canvas pen draw invisible

i use cef3.1547.1412,as seen in

my canvas property is:
<canvas id="pen_canvas" width="1310" height="774" style="width: 100%; height: 100%; position: absolute; left: 0px; top: 0px; cursor: url(file:///C:/Users//webapp/assert/images/penCursor.cur), auto;"></canvas>
when i use pen draw on canvas, sometimes(not often) there is no pen sign on canvas. The pen sign exists indeed, but is invisible.
Could you tell me what happened, thank you!

Maybe it's failing to load penCursor.cur? Check the DevTools console for errors the next time you have the problem.

This bug has no bug reproduction, but it can appear often. It appear after i run my app some time. Is there probably memory lead. I see the dev tools, penCursor.cur can be loaded.
