Does CEF support the cast API?

Can someone tell me, does CEF support the google cast API (https://developers.google.com/cast/docs ... ce/chrome/)? I have never used CEF before, is it possible to embed it in a 'hidden' manner (possibly without even having a window at all)? What I'm trying to do is create a windows service which can control a chromecast - google only provides the API on chrome, ios, and android....so I realize using CEF for this is very not ideal but I'm grasping at straws and really don't have any more promising alternatives. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

No, it is only supported in the Google Chrome browser.
