Distinguish between console.log and console.error

I'm not sure this is supported by CEF3 at this stage, but it would be useful to tell the difference between console.info and console.error messages.
I'd be happy to work on a pull request if you can point me in the right direction. I might also be able to pass on the stacktraces to help to make our application debugger better.
