Microsoft.VisualStudio.Workload.NativeDesktop
Microsoft.VisualStudio.Component.VC.ATLMFC
includeRecommended

I tried to run the installation by specifying these components on the command line, but it appears that they are already installed.

So I opened the visual studio installer window and added the components that might be involved, but the result is still the same.
There are still many components that I have not installed, I will try different things.

After adding various components in Visual Studio Installer, Debug_GN_x86_sandbox was successfully built.
However, since many components were added, it is not clear to me which ones had an impact.
With the last change I installed all Windows SDK from Visual Studio Installer, so they may have been affected.

Also, because I had to abort the build (I am building on my work machine) I am not sure if the "Automated Method" will eventually succeed.
I will try again when I have more time.

@naoki5 - do you have a link to SDK installer you used?

I have cleaned and reinstalled (everything) several times and I am still unable to build but this sounds like the most likely culprit.

I installed the Windows SDK with "Visual Studio Installer".
Below is the installed versions.

Windows 10 SDK (10.0.18362.0)
Windows 10 SDK (10.0.19041.0)
Windows 10 SDK (10.0.20348.0)
Windows 11 SDK (10.0.22000.0)
Windows 11 SDK (10.0.22621.0)

Just remembered that I also installed an older version of the build tool.
I thought the build tool might also be involved.

I followed the "Automated Method" procedure and the build completed successfully.
