how to activate sync for google account?

I want to activate syncing with google account - bookmark, etc.. how i can do it?

is it possible with CEF?

It may be possible with Chrome runtime (e.g. run "cefclient --enable-chrome-runtime"). However, keep in mind that Google is actively trying to block access to their services from embedded browsers (see viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18851&p=50973).
