Wrong link in MasterBuildQuickStart on sdk version.

Hello.

First off im not sure if i am posting this in the right part of the forum and do apologize if its placed wrong. I have been building master branch, because of OSR Performance getting merged with it, and was having issues when trying to use the following command: ninja -C out\Debug_GN_x86. It would enter the directory and then fail on finding Windows.h.

After having googled the issue i quickly gathered that it must be wrong SDK version that i had installed and therefore decided to check if the one being linked to from : https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/ ... ckStart.md was indeed the Windows 10.0.15063.468 SDK that is needed. The link sends you to this page: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/w ... ows-10-sdk which is not the 10.0.15063.468 SDK but instead the 10.0.16299.91 SDK.

The correct SDK can be found at: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/w ... dk-archive.

Just wanted to tell about my findings so that anyone else sitting with the same problem hopefully finds this useful.
