WebGL software rendering fallback failure

I'm trying to run cef on an old Atom D510 CPU, which of course doesn't have hardware support for webgl. When I loaded chrome 61 and tried webgl on this machine it was successfully falling back and using SwiftShader instead of ANGLE. However, when I was running CEF it doesn't fallback and use SwiftShader. It seems that WebGL in CEF works great with ANGLE, but SwiftShader doesn't appear to work even though SwiftShader works great in Chrome 61. My CEF version is 61.0.3163.91. Am I missing something?

Maybe you're hitting https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/2291 which was resolved in 3202 branch?
