Problems building 3239 on Ubuntu?

Anyone else having trouble building 3239 on Ubuntu? Here's what I'm seeing:

ERROR Input to targets not generated by a dependency.
The file:
//out/Debug_GN_x86/locales/en-US.pak
is listed as an input or source for the targets:
//chrome/installer/linux:stable_deb
...
but this file was not generated by any dependencies of the targets.

Filed https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/ ... d-on-linux for this.
