test automation in CEF

hi all, im aware of selenium but it doesnt work with my setup. I have a main process (exe file) which creates a CEF browser window depending on a couple of other things. This is what selenium cant figure it out. Is there a way to send js to CEF browser window ? or better (like selenium) in code ? I want to automate a couple of use cases for my app.
