mouse scroll's action does wrong action.

If you turn on the computer with 24 hours or more and turn on the CEF Sample mouse scroll, the scroll behavior will be strange.

It seems to work late in the timing scroll did, trembling when dragging thumb.

I tried to upload the avi file, but CEF forum here Do not allow the extension of avi.

What do I have to check.

I have using win7 / 3.3071.1634.g9cc59c8_windows64 and OSR Mode.
I tried on the 3.3163.1663.g416ffeb_windows64 version, however same problem happend.

It problem happened only OSR mode. when I tried cefclient.exe normal mode, doesn't happened. However when I tried cefclient.exe OSRMode, it happened.

And if I reboot my computer, the problem is solved. however if I run OSRMode right after using my computer more than 24 to 48 hours, the problem happens again.
