CEF3 code

But the procedures involved in the libcef_dll source code has not been found, such as CefLifeSpanHandlerCToCpp.cc, I would like to ask is that CEF is an open source framework, why libcef_dll code is not open source, I was wrong? Or are you provided, I have not found it yet?
