CEF 49 set PlatformToolset

Hey,

I am able to compile cef49 (windows xp support) using the automated scripts just fine.

System:
Windows 10 Pro
Windows SDKs installed
VS2015 latest update

ninja seems to be linking with platform toolset 140 rather than 140_xp.
Can anyone advise how to get the XP version of this platform toolset set?

I can only suggest searching in the generated ninja file for the "140" word and then do some replacement I guess.
