Windows - any way to copy/backup chromium build from source?

For both 2526 and 2924, I noticed that 7-zip gives errors trying to back up the folder where I checked out and built from source. Windows Explorer also chokes for me trying to do a straight copy, freezing at a lib64 sub-folder.

I realize I can always check out the source again on a different PC, but I don't like the idea of not being able to archive or even copy the files. Is there some other copy or archive utility that can do this, short of cloning the full hard drive sector by sector?
