How Use ShowDevTools in SefSimple

I wanted to use
MainContext::Get()->GetRootWindowManager()->CreateRootWindowAsPopup(!is_devtools, false, popupFeatures, windowInfo, client, settings);

From
#include "tests/cefclient/browser/main_context.h"
#include "tests/cefclient/browser/main_context_impl.h"

But I get an error
1>simple_handler.obj : error LNK2001: "public: static class client::MainContext * __cdecl client::MainContext::Get(void)" (?Get@MainContext@client@@SAPAV12@XZ)"
